| striker the door jamb with a dremel so you can cheat it in a little further. Try loosening the mounting bolts only slightly on the striker and do what turbo turtle said.... persuade it with a hammer lol. The other thing that might be happening is that you have the striker so far in that it's only catching to the first "click" and if you adjust it out slightly you should be able to get 2 "clicks" which will settle the door more flush with the body?
